First of all, thanks again to all who offered crash space to those of us along the coast of North Carolina.  I have not been able to catch up with all my folks since I have just recently gotten power back (after over 28 hours without it) but so far, the members of the Barony of Ravens Cove that I have spoken with are okay.  I will update further if there is a need.  We made it thru a very intense, wind driven storm and other than a lot of trees down and no power for a long time, we seem to be okay.  I hope the same can be said for everyone else impacted by Irene.  I am trying to gain contact with the folks from the Shires of Cathanar and Seareach.  If any of you are out there and on the Merry Rose, please contact me off list so that I know you are okay.   We are now in recovery mode and very tired.
