Back in 2003 when Isabel blew though northern Virginia we didn't get much damage apart from some water in the basement.  But our water and electricity was knocked out for several days.  Losing the electricity wasn't so bad, but no water!  Try going without a flush toliet for several days.  That is medieval!  Get you some rubber stoppers for your tubs and fill the tubs with water.  That way you'll be able to fill your toliet tanks.  The s--- fill flush.  You'll be glad.
