Greetings all!

Are you CPR certified and have a current medical certification (Red Cross First Aid or higher certification)? Are you interested in serving your fellow SCAdians at Events by helping provide a First Aid presence on site? Are you just curious about what a Chirurgeon does?

Then you may be interested in learning more about what Chirurgeons do and how to become a Chirurgeon in the great Kingdom of Atlantia! 

You have the opportunity at Atlantia's 30th Year Celebration this coming Labor Day weekend to attend a Chirurgeon 101 class at 9am on Saturday, September 3, at Chirurgeon's Point, located beside the battlefields. If you wish to start your Chirurgeon Warrenting process, bring a copy of your current CPR certification, first aid or higher medical certification, proof that you are over the age of 16, and current membership card. Atlantia's Kingdom Chirurgeon, Master Andreas,  will be on site to welcome you and help you get started! 

 The Atlantian 30th Year celebration will be held at James Madison's Montelier, in Orange Co VA (see http://30year.atlantia.sca.org/)


And I personally hope to meet you, talk with you, and get the opportunity to serve with you making our Events safer for all!

PS, I will be hosting a Chirurgeonate Meet and Greet party at Chirurgeon's Point on friday, Sept 2 from about 6pm-8pm. Come meet and greet if you are a Chirurgeon, have been a Chirurgeon, or are thinking of becoming a Chirurgeon!
