you can click and move the map, zoom in and out, make sure to use some of
the radio buttons (top right) as they will show you different things like
the tracking models, you can also point to a city and it will tell you the
distance from it.  the box at the bottom tells you the wind speed as well as
travel speed.  if you click the arrows it give a projected path and time to
arrive.  with how much the track has moved east in the last 36 hours i would
be surprised if it makes landfall at all.

I apologize for the use of the tavern, but I am trying to be proactive in
the event of a hurricane hit from Irene.  Our lands are on the coast and it
looks like we may be in the path of this naughty little storm, so I am
asking in advance if there are folks willing to take in evacuees, should the
need arise.  I know in the past that there have been many folks who have
stepped forward and I don't know yet, if any of my populace are planning to
evacuate, but there are a lot of us on the coast, in the Shire of Seareach,
the Shire of Cathanar as well as the Barony of Raven's Cove who may
need/want to evacuate but cannot afford to go to a hotel or may have pets.
If there is a Kingdom person who arranges this, can you please contact me
off-list at elgrad at hotmail.com and I will get the information out there.  If
not, anyone who may be able to help can also contact me and we can get
things ready in advance.
 
Thanks to all and please, keep everyone in your thoughts as this bugger
creeps up on us!
