[MR] Position open: DEM-Siege for Atlantia.

Greetings unto all interested in Siege,

Since Sir Otto the Kingdom Earl Marshal put out the initial call for
applications a couple months ago for the Siege Deputy Earl Marshal, I have
had several people approach with regards to the position.  However to date
we have only received one formal application.  We would like to equally
consider all who wish to serve the Siege community by filling this
position.  To that end we will be accepting applications until Fall
Coronation at which point all who have formally applied will be considered.
The primary tasks of the position are administration and teaching and are
detailed below in Sir Otto's original email.

With the resignation of Lord Bassi inn fiskni Einarsson, I will need to find
> a replacement Deputy Earl Marshal for Siege.
