[MR] New Yahoo Group For Persona Development

 At the Pennsic Pity Party several of us were talking about Persona Development and how to pull together good information for making decisions about personae (that's the plural for persona ... just sayin ... )

So, we decided to start a Yahoo Group (because we already have Yahoo Group accounts and stuff ... and Yahoo makes it easy to store resources, information and images ... Garb, Heraldry, Politics, Military, Housing, Agriculture, Business, Trade Routes .... and anything else that strikes us as useful, interesting or cool.
