[MR] 30 Year Site

I know site is at Montpelier (James Madisons home) in Orange VA which I think is not too far from Charlottesville  .I checked their website and found a blog there is nothing so far mentioning the hurricane (they did note the earthquake though but no mention of damage there either) So hopefully that is a good sign

  I don't know if the area was affected by hurricane Irene or not, so does anyone know what the state of the site is?  I assume there would have been an announcement made regarding it but thought I would ask anyways.
