I'm sure that the head gatekeeper would be happy to have tokens dropped off
at 30 year troll.

Of course, if you give a troll a token...
She's going to ask for a box in which to keep it.
When you give her the box, she'll probably ask you to watch it for
her.
While you're watching the box, you'll see a lot of people. So you
will probably talk to some of them.
As you're talking to people, you'll want a pen to keep track of your
conversation. You'll start writing. You might get carried away and write
down their name and membership number. You may even end up asking for blue
cards as well.
When you're done, you'll probably want to take a break. You'll need
to move over to the side to an empty chair. You'll sit down and stretch
your legs a few times.
She'll probably tell you some stories about other tokens. So you'll
listen politely, and then ask to see some of the tokens. You'll get so
excited that you'll want to design some of your own. You'll need some paper
and crayons.
You'll draw a picture. When the picture is finished, you'll want to
make some molds.
Then you'll want to cast some tokens. Which means you will need
some pewter.
You'll look around for pewter, and remember that your friends have
some tokens back at camp.
When you get back to camp, your friends will want to give you their
tokens.
You'll remember that there's a box back at the gate, and send your
friends over to get the box.
And chances are, that since they have an old token they'll want to
give it to a troll.

Of course, you can just avoid the trap by volunteering some time at the gate
beforehand. Just contact Miriel deNedham. She's the Head Troll for 30 year
(miriel.denedham at gmail.com).

In service,

Siegfried McClure

(my apologies to Laura Numeroff)

Your Highness and noble friends,

A couple of weeks ago someone asked us to recycle unwanted pewter site
tokens. A great idea, but I know of no pewter workers. Might it be
possible to have a box at the troll station for the 30th Birthday in
which we could deposit our unwanted tokens, which then could go to
Master MacConing for recasting into your coronation tokens?

Kind regards,

Lord Mungo Napier, That Crazy Scot
