This is great information!  Thanks for compiling it!

I'm teaching a class on beginning enameling and sand casting at a local
community college this fall (Fayetteville Technical Community College, NC)
as part of their continuing education program and have to prepare a handout
for the class.

Do you mind if I use yours as one of the handouts I use for my students?  It
will be good PR for the SCA, help the students out, and save me a ton of
time, too.  I can focus on a how-to handout and add samples from the last
few centuries in a separate handout.
