[MR] What excited you at Pennsic?

Thanks, I did see those photos with the link in the next digest, but  
that was after I'd posted my question.

Still, even with the trees in some of those photos, with the use of a  
telephoto lens it is often difficult to judge altitudes.

I only have a combat-legal cross bow, but there are more powerful ones  
at Pennsic, I'm sure. Of course, the range on combat quarrels is less  
than that of bodkins or broadheads.

Of course the planes that have usually bothered me the most have been  
the powered, noisy, regular planes that often buzz Pennsic and seem to  
be obviously lower than the FAA minimum of, I think, 500 ft.
