Unfortunately, the deadline to request a refund has passed.  Full refunds are honored for requests made prior to June 1. Partial funds are honored for requests made between June 1 & July 1. No refunds are issued after July 1.

I'm sorry you boss just made this decision. Maybe you can ask him to reimburse the now nonrefundable registration fee since it was his choice to cancel your vacation at the last minute.
