[MR] Tournament of the Golden Rose

   Greetings Fair Atlantia,
   I understand there are concerns about the weather this weekend for
   Golden Rose; allow me to say, have no fear.  Even if the weather turns
   against us, the event will go on.  We will simply move the event
   inside.  We will make this call the morning of the event.
   If the need arises to move indoors, each Lady of the Rose will have a
   classroom inside the church in which to host their team.  For those who
   remember the site from University, the classrooms are on the small
   side; but we will do our best to ensure you have the space you need.
   If we move indoors, the fighting will take place inside the gymnasium.
   The gymnasium is about 2500 sq ft, some of which is taken up by a
   stage.  We will make the best of things.  Fighters, please bring a
   change of footwear including non-scuffing shoes.  We could be fighting
   on damp ground, or inside a gymnasium.  But make no mistake, there will
   be fighting.
   The only thing that may be impacted is archery.  Again, this call will
   be made the day of the event.
   Our Barony will do its best to take care of those who come out this
   weekend to support this wonderful event and our Kingdom.
