I would also suggest that anyone who isn't happy with the increase in gas prices should contact their elected officials in Washington.

Subject: [MR] Prices - OT but of use for travel to events

 Greetings All,

With gas and diesel prices climbing ever skyward this link has been a
real big help to me.  There may be apps of similar sorts out there but I
don't know of them.  However, if you have some sort of internet connection
you can access this thing anywhere.  Basically you type in the zipcode of
the area you'll be in for gas and it lists the stations in order of prices.
There's a map to show you where they are located.  If you get the option to
check out the new version you need only type in the city and state.  I've
saved a lot of money using this thing so I wanted to share it again in hopes
someone else could save a few bucks in their travels.  Hope it helps
someone.  It's generally updated daily but it will tell you the date of the
most recent updated price.

Chagan

*Just plug in your zip code and it tells you which gas stations have the
cheapest prices (and the highest) on gas**  **in your zip code**  **area.
 It's updated every evening. **
