You should IMMEDIATELY get your computer scanned for infections.

One very effective free tool is from Microsoft.  The good things are 
that it is free, and very effective (in my experience).  The bad 
thing is that a full scan of your system may take five hours or 
so.  I'd suggest that you run this just before you go to bed tonight.
