Unto the good gentles of Atlantia,
Greetings from the Free Shire of Roxbury Mill.
 
We eagerly await the arrival of the peers and populace for the day of practice, authorizations and the evening feast and Pas d' Arms.
The field has been scythed and the grazing sheep have been moved to the upper pastures.
There is now room for your Pavillions and tents for your ease.
 
We have settled the list fields, cleared the archery lanes and have begun the gathering of food fodder and drink.
The time for the symposium has arrived and we eagerly await you.
Our staff has gathered from near and far

We but await your presence and feign to beg your attendance at this our first marshal event

 
Events of the day will follow as;

Terce (9:00am) The site is open and the gaurds have retired
Marshal activities begin
Sexte (12:00 noon) Lunch at your honors repast and supply
Marshal activities resume
Vespers (5:00 pm) The feast is served and the Pas d" Arms is enjoined

  
Parking is on site you will be directed at Troll.
