[MR] Calling all merchants, musicians, performers and brewers to Drums of War

Greetings to the lists,
Drums of War is approaching quickly, June 17-19th at Elkin, NC.  Last year we had almost 300 people at this event and we expect it to be bigger and better this year. It will have something for everyone.
 
Merchants:  If you are interested in merchanting at this event, please contact Till Campbell at tillfirehornATyahoo.com (tillfirehorn at yahoo.com) to pre-register.  Last year we had 13 merchants at this event but only 6 had pre-registered.  We want to make sure we reserve enough space so everyone has the room they need.  We are in need of a food vendor in particular.  If you are interested in being a food vendor, please contact me at caitlinofbaelfiredun at yahoo.com.
 
Musicians: We are in need of musicians for the Performer's Revel on Friday night and Dancing Under the Stars for Charity on Saturday night.  The castle will be lit as it was for WoW last year and for those of you who didn't see it, it was beautiful.  So bring your instruments and delight us with lovely music.  And if you ever wanted to learn period dancing, this is your chance as our own Lady Alexandra Scott leads us in the courtly art of dance on Saturday night and maybe practice on Friday night.
 
Performers: On Friday night we would like to have a Performer's Revel.  Bring your drums, your instruments, get your dancing shoes on, bring your best stories or poems and let's let the entire site ring with the sounds of the talents of Sacred Stone and all who come to join us.  It is going to be major fun and you won't want to miss it.
 
Brewers: Our new Baron and Baroness wish to pick the Baronial Brewing Champion at Drums of War. Last year we had three categories and lovely prizes.   So start putting together your best cordials, meade, or whatever brew you may wish to enter.  More details will follow soon about the entry requirements and categories.
