Greetings from the Sapphire Joust XII registrar!

The deadline for setting up camping groups for Sapphire Joust is May 
1st.  Please go to this webpage to set up a camping group and to 
register for group camping:

A camping group must have a steward with an active email account.  I am 
setting up an email list to help with communications for camping 
groups.  If you have already registered your group name you should 
receive an email from that group or an invitation to join that group 
shortly.  If you feel that you should have been added, but have not 
gotten such an email or invite, you can contact me directly at 
alsiqilliyah at gmail dot com.   Please allow a day or so for our web 
minister to add your new group name to the drop down list on the camping 
registration form.
