ASBO stands for Anti-Social Behaviour Order. (Stupid British spelling used
on purpose) You may read about them here

Basically they are a civil order from the Crown (given by a judge, not the
Queen herself) not to behave in certain ways. Think of it as a sort of
restraining order. If you act in ways that the Crown has ordered you not to
behave, you are in violation of your ASBO and you can be criminally
punished.
