[MR] BBC: Medieval sewer problems

Noble friends,

The BBC (or the "Beeb" as they sometimes say) has offered up this 
interesting but somewhat tasteless story about medieval sewage and 
people who were content to let theirs run onto others' property:

wasn't pretty in those days, but we knew that.

I'm not quite sure what an "ASBO" is. It is a modern British term for 
someone who indulges in anti-social behavior. It is the "O" I don't 
quite get.
