If it please the tavern,

In the latest Acorn is the results of the Curia held at this past King's
Assessment.  Within is mention of changing the dates for Winter University
and Kingdom Arts and Sciences Festival.

Could someone please tell me if that is to take place with the calendar year
of 2011?
