Check the Atlantian webpage.  There is a listing for Archery Marshals.  One listed for Augusta -  Munitz, Doug (Sven Olafssen) and O'Neal, Nicholas (Jean-Claude de Lyon)  in Hartsville, SC.  This is not completely up to date, but close.
