[MR] Combatants List for Fall Crown Tournament?

And it is completely at Their Majesties' whim whether the list is published
beforehand or not.  This is one of those things where there is no public
'right to know'.  In recent memory, it has been Their choice to direct the
Kingdom Seneschale to post the information.
