Sacred Stone came to mind when I was working on this cook book.  However, 
your version of Phoenix Cacciatore is a new one to me.  Every village has a 
favorite way of preparing a dish that may be known by the same name 
throughout the Kingdom, but uses different ingredients, you use bull, we use 
phoenix...grin.  You gotta try it....Can I put you down for a couple of Cook 
Books?

Phoenix Cacciatore (FEE-nix Catch-a-TOR-ee)

Phoenix: a great bird of might, flame and cunning.
Tore: from the Italian *toro*, meaning 'bull'.

A delicious beef dish, named for the mighty creature  who catches the 
livestock
and tears from it the most tender parts, and roasts them over a fiery flame.
Served in a sauce of southern grown tomatoes and pasta.
