I know I for one wasn't too happy at this one event where I drove 2.5
hours for archery only to be told that the archery marshal in charge
of the event decided not to show up. I did ask for my money back and
went straight home.
I don't think it sent any kind of msg to anyone other than "Oh that
guy was so rude, asked for his money back and left". I know what it
did do though, I never went to that event again.
