Chicken with Bitter Orange Sauce

Lentils with Spinach

Puree of Eggplant with Yogurt

Fried Lamb Meatballs

Carrots and Leeks with Sesame paste

Couscous cooked in Broth



*Fourth Course*

Hais (Date and Nut balls)

Murakkaba (Sourdough Pancakes with Quince Syrup)
