A reinterpretation of "the matter of Britain". Look to it for ideas of "the
Dark Ages as they should [or could] have been". Don't look to it for costume,
castle architecture (not a motte or bailey in sight), weapons, or
hair-styling. But worth the hour and a half to watch it.

Description
In this lavish re-telling of the Arthurian legend, Queen Guinevere is torn
between her love for Lancelot - the brilliant warrior she meets as a young
woman - and her King Arthur Pendragon, the valiant knight who saves Camelot in
its darkest hour. After marrying Arthur, Guinevere realizes her decision is
not without cost, for she is eternally tempted by Lancelot's affection, and
troubled by Arthur's infidelity.
