[MR] KASF bids & date reminder

Greetings all,

I just wanted to take a moment to remind everyone that the Kingdom is still
accepting bids for next year's KASF event.  The event will be in FEBRUARY
rather then March as per the changes made to the Kingdom calendar at the
Curia of Their Graces Jason and Gerthild.

Now would be the time to start gathering together your entries and your
documentation so you can present them at Atlantia's premerie arts and
sciences event.

If you would like to bid on hosting KASF, all bids must be recieved no later
then Sunday, October 24th.  We want to make the December Acorn deadline
which would include having a flyer.
