[MR] "Secret Awards"

Greetings! Did you know that a Kingdom Award can be passed on to landed
Baronage to be presented in a Baronial court? It happens several times a
reign, actually!

The trick is that the award is actually GIVEN to the person on the date that
the award is passed to the landed Baronage. It is not announced to the
entire populace, since it's meant to be a surprise, but it should be
recorded in the court report that is sent behind the scenes with modern
names, and it should be marked in such a way that the Clerk of Precedence
can clearly tell that it was given privately.

It still gets announced publicly at the BARONIAL court in which it is passed
along, and included in that court report also.

This way people can still get their awards, even if they don't ever come to
court for whatever reason. (There actually are valid reasons for not coming
to court at a given event, believe it or not!)
