[MR] WoWV Battlefield Reservations - PLEASE READ

Good morning!!  I hope all preparations for the upcoming event are
coming along smoothly!

At this time all reservations for the battlefield are closed and the
heavy melee field is 'sold out'.  I do want to thank everyone for
their time and patience when submitting reservations - you have all
been a joy to work with!

The rapier melee field and procession field had very few reservations
and therefore do not have specific space assigned.  Please feel free
to set up on those fields wherever your heart's content!

HEAVY MELEE FIELD

Spaces are assigned by #.  Charts will be available at the gate upon
check-in to reconfirm your space #.

The short side of the field, beginning with the Chiurgeon's tent are
spaces #1-9.
The long side of the field, beginning with the Chiurgeon's tent are
spaces #10-27

A 6 ft space has been left between each space for ropes to be crossed.
 Please be conscious of the walkways that have been left as well.

The number listed is the frontage that has been reserved for your pavilion.
