I would like to echo Lady Isolda's invite to this fighter practice.  

	What many people may not know is that we have been working
diligently to resurrect the SCA at the College for the past few years.
Being graced now with an enthusiastic young leader (Lady Elizabeth),
the Saint Mary's Medievalists have asked for folks who are willing to
come out and show what is SCA is and what we do. Lady Elizabeth has
arranged a space for our use, and I entreat all who might have a few
hours to spare to come and aid us in this challenge. And (for once
living near an SCA activity, smile) I can even offer crash space and
hospitality afterwards for those who travel far to support this
effort.

 I would like to invite everyone withing the reach of this missive to
a
 very special fighters' practice on the 13th of November on the
campus
 of St. Mary's College of Maryland. Dun Carraig will be celebrating
 her birthday with a pot luck and fighters' practice. But this isn't
 just for fighters. We will also be having an "Anything Celtic" A&S
 display, so if you have a special project you're working on, please,
 bring it with you.
 Pot Luck: We ask that each family bring a dish that can feed at
least
 8. It does NOT have to be a period dish. Just bring something yummy!
 :)
 The practice/potluck will be held in an area of St. Mary's College
on
 a tennis court and the green field next to it. More precise
 directions and, possibly, a map will be following soon.
