William Shoprat - Yes

Ceara ui Niell - No.  Her stuff is medievaloid, rather than medieval, and until I see more in-depth research from her, I don't believe she's at the level of a Pearl.  Coral Branch, sure. :)
Edward Kinslae - No.  His woodwork is good, but his lack of teaching, documentation, or known research make it difficult for me to recommend him for a Pearl at this time, though I definitely believe he should be (and has been) added to the watchlist.
