Greeting unto the populace of The Barony of Windmaster Hill,
 
  I am happy to announce that the ACCEPS pre-registration for Ymir XXXVI planned for 18-20 Feb 2011 is now open and will remain so until 31 Jan 2011.  I activated it a couple days early because I wanted to ensure that there were no bugs in the ACCEPS registration process.  We are limited to 114 feast slots and 200 cabin spaces, so I recommend that you get your pre-registratons in as soon as possible.
