[MR] 12th Night reminder

Now that we have made it through Turkey Day and Black Friday shopping, it is time to remember that 12th Night is approaching fast.  The deadline for making reservations via ACCEPS is 6 December, a little over one week away.  Why so early?  Well, in order to get the reservations and monies in to the group before the first of the year, we have had to set the cut-off date a bit earlier than normal.  Don't despair however, as you can still send in your reservations the traditional way via the US Postal system to our reservationist, Lord 
Jehan-Franc de Blauvac (John Bova), 615 Reindeer Cir, Midway Park, NC 28544. Please note that we are planning to have a variety of things for folks to do - games, some fighting (heavy and rapier), A&S contests galore, merchants, a vigil, fellowship and a feast that will be awesome!!  Do not wait too long to make your reservations as slots are going fast and you want to be at this event, you really do!!  
 
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me directly.  This is going to be so much fun and I plan on enjoying myself.  If the event steward is going to have fun, just think how much more fun you can have.
 
Remember, if you come in on Friday, 7 January, and plan to stay at the hotel, we will be set up to troll in that night in the hotel conference room, so you can fly right into Valhalla on Saturday without having to stand in line.  A plus, I think.
