Yes, hard as it is to believe, we are closing in on the middle of November.  You know what that means?  Before you know it, this month will be over, Christmas will be here and then...12th Night!  EEE GADS!  Time will fly swiftly by and you might miss the chance to get your reservations in for the event and the hotel rooms you need.  Don't let the time catch you unawares!  Reserve now by going to the ACCEPS reservation system and getting your spot locked in.  Then, before the rooms fill up, make your hotel reservation.  The ACCEPS system will close on 6 December (we've extended the deadline date a bit, but not much) or you can send them in via the mail system to our reservationist until 1 January. Now, as a reminder:  This is a Viking-themed event and we plan to have several, fun things to do.  There will be A&S competitions, merchants selling many things Viking (as well as a lot of other goodies), fighting games (both inside and, weather permitting, outside) bardic, childrens activities, story telling, gift giving, heraldry, pageantry, laughing, crying, and much, much more.  This is an event that is worth the travel, if only for a feast prepared by Master Robear and his fantastic food fixers!!  All this for only $20.00 per member. Please remember, the only true reservation is a paid reservation.  And for an event this great, reservations received early make for a better event!
