As I live within a mile of the hotel, I would like to add that if you want a
really cheap hotel, with even cheaper amenities, there is a Motel 6 (I do
not vouch for quality) on US-52, (either Patterson or Germanton Roads) as
well as a couple of Comfort Inns, one on Akron Drive and US-52, and another
in the back parking lot of the Holiday Inn. A Quality Inn (across the street
from the Holiday Inn.)  is also in this same neighborhood, with easy driving
directions to the site. The Holiday Inn in Exit 115(116) on US-52,
University Parkway. The site exit is 180C on US-52.
