[MR] HELP!!

Friends...
I know this has been requested before, but we're slipping back into bad
practices again.  PLEASE...trim your posts.  Along with a number of other
Atlantians, I get my email from this list in digest form.  This means that,
as was the case with the most recent digest where there was a post about
shield presses that included at least 3 or 4 prior posts, I have to scroll
down through a very long area to get to the next message.
