[MR] ACCEPS Reservations for Sapphire close this Saturday!

Registration through ACCEPS closes on Saturday, May 15, 2010 for 
Sapphire Joust XI.

If you use ACCEPS, please remember that you will need to make 
reservations for camping with a group,list field space and merchants 
through the Barony of Caer Mear.  If you do not reserve tent space with 
us, you will be placed in singles camping, even if you pre-registered 
using ACCEPS!

Reservations through the online tent form CLOSES on Thursday, May 20, 2010.

Registration by mail must be RECEIVED by Thursday, May 20, 2010 as well.
