[MR] Golden Dolphin Herald Temporarily Has Limited Internet Access

As some of you who were at Crown already know, I was experiencing some
computer problems from the time I hit site.  Upon my return home this
escalated to an entirely dead hard drive.

The good news is that I now have a brand new laptop and virtually all the
files from the hard drive are retrievable from backups.  And, obviously,
I have limited access to email via my ISP's rather clumsy webmail
interface.

The bad news is that it will take a while to get all the programs
restored and copacetic with Windows 7 and there are some signs that the
very last backup of the email store and a few other files may be bad.

The result is that it may be a few days before I send things promised as
Crown Tourney out (and I did promise stuff to a LOT of people!) and that
any notes made on the computer on Saturday msy be gone.

Also, I would ask that you be patient if you are expecting an email
response from me as it is possible that your message may be lost if sent
in the last couple of weeks.  Indeed, you may wish to resend any message
that has high importance just to be safe.

As always, I'm always happy to answer questions by telephone, but I hope
you will all understand if there are points during the reconstruction
process when I may not be able to answer the phone and will have to call
you back!
