[MR] Highland River Melees, June 4-6 (Little Orleans, MD) NEW SITE, Authorizations, Prereg, Feast menu, and more (Please crosspost)

As you hopefully have heard - Highland River Melees is has moved to Little
Orleans, MD. If your friends don't know, please help us by telling them.

This campaign event centers around the 100 years war between France and
England. Friday night starts with Heavy and Rapier torchlight tournaments.
Saturday morning we start with two tournaments to select the leaders.  Joan
and the Black Prince.  They will lead the sides in the days melees.  We have
Rapier, Archery, A&S Challenges, Bardic Bear-pit and more.  The new site
allows for the event to be in a private area, with camping, bardic, and the
sharing of our brewing experiments.   Don't forget your mugs and feast gear.

*Authorizations*
Any fighter who wishes to AUTHORIZE or renew his or her card to please send
a private e-mail with his or her complete mailing address, phone number,
e-mail address, and what weapons forms he or she wishes to authorize in.

Melees, by sending your information ahead, your authorization will be much
quicker.  As an added incentive - if you have preregistered your intent to
authorize with all the data, a homemade brownie will be waiting for you at
the MoL table.

*A&S Challenges*
A&S Challenge reminder this is a display not a competition. So have fun.
Choose your side:  Do you support Edward or Charles?  England or France?
This years Highland River Melees A&S Challenges center around the Black
Prince and Joan of Arc.

*Preregistration*
Preregistration is going on for Highland River Melees through May 28th.  You
can choose the ease of  ACCEPS http://acceps.ansteorra.org/index.php or the
send via the mail.
