[MR] Are you in single camping and you don't realize it?

I apologize to those who have read and understood the previous
messages I have sent about ACCEPS and group camping at Sapphire Joust,
for sending yet another.  But I have received two emails in the last
24 hours that indicate that some folks believe that when they entered
their BRANCH name in ACCEPS that they were registering to camp with a
camping group at Sapphire Joust.  That is not the case!

Let me be very clear.  If you have not filled out a  separate form,
either on paper or online, with your TENT SIZE on that form, then you
will be in single camping at Sapphire Joust!  Really. ACCEPS does
nothing but take your money to get in the gate in a format that is
convenient for all of us. One way to think of it is that ACCEPS
registers PEOPLE, but the online tent form registers TENTS.  Where is
your tent going to be on Memorial Day weekend?

 If you are a camping group organizer, Baron/ess or other person who
is concerned with the happiness of the folks in your group, please
spread the word, especially to newbies.  I will be sending out a
report today to each of the group organizers with the list of those in
their group who have reserved tent space so that they can help get the
information to me.

The deadline for reserving tent space with a group, merchant space and
list field space is this Thursday, May 20th.
