Unto Their Majesties Jason and Gerhild, Their Highnesses Bryan and
Brianna, the Triton Principal Herald, the Atlantian College of Heralds,
the populace of Atlantia, and all who read these presents:

Greetings from Cian mac Cellacháin hUí Dublaich, Pursuivant herald of
the Canton of Cyddlain Downs and Royal Herald for the Feast of the Saints.

On the 15th of May, Anno Societatis XLV, Her Majesty did hold a Royal
Court in the Barony of Nottinghill Coill, on the occasion of the Feast
of the Saints, hosted by the Canton of Falcon Cree.

Her Majesty did process into Court, followed by Her Highness, then by
Their Excellencies Nottinghill Coill. Upon the seating of the populace,
Royal Court was opened, and Their Excellencies were invited to open a
Baronial Court and conduct Their business.

Following the closure of the Baronial Court, Her Majesty began her court
by inviting all of the newcomers to come forward and receive a small
token from Her hand. She thanked the newcomers and expressed Her desire
that they return to future events.

Next, Her Majesty did have Iollan of Glencarn summoned before her.
After speaking of Iollan's work as a warranted chirurgeon of Atlantia,
Her Majesty did present Iollan of Glencarn with her Award of Arms.

Lord Jean-Claude de Lyon was then summoned into Court. Following
remarks by Her Majesty on Lord Jean-Claude's service to the Kingdom, he
was made a member of the Order of the Opal

Ben of Falcon Cree was then called before the Court, and had to be
retrieved from the kitchen, where he was working on feast for the
evening. Sporting a bandage on his hand where he had injured himself in
service to the Kingdom in the kitchen, Ben of Falcon Cree was thanked by
Her Majesty for all of the behind the scenes work that he does helping
out, and was rewarded with his Award of Arms.

Baron Lucien de la Rochelle was then summoned from his place behind the
Baronial Thrones to kneel before the Queen. Her Majesty spoke of his
skill as one of Atlantia's respected rapier fighters, and thus inducted
him into the Order of the Sea Dragon.

Finally, Lord Elphin ap Dafydd was called into Court. Her Majesty spoke
of Lord Elphin's skill not only at fighting rapier, but also in teaching
it. Having been a student of Lord Elphin, Her Majesty commented on her
firsthand knowledge of Lord Elphin's ability as a teacher, and inducted
him into the Order of the Sea Stag. A visibly moved Lord Elphin then
spoke briefly, thanking his students and crediting them for his success
as their teacher.

Her Majesty then invited Her Highness to speak briefly to the populace.
Following that, Royal Court was then closed, and Her Majesty and Her
Higness did process out.

This account is accurate to the best of my knowledge and complete to the
extent of the information availible to me.

Set down and submitted by my hand, I remain, faithful in service to
Crown and Kingdom, Lord Cian mac Cellacháin hUí Dublaich, Pursuivant
herald, Canton of Cyddlain Downs.

( I would like to add as a side note that this was my first Royal Court
as lead herald, and it was with great pleasure that the individual
called into court first to receive her Award of Arms was my lady wife,
Iollan of Glencarn. It was a great honor to be able to call her into
court and read the scroll that granted her the title of 'Lady')
