A bit of google-fu reveals that you'll want to look on outdoor-store
websites, rather than drugstore. Drugstores and pharmacies seem to
carry low-percent permethrin lotions as lice-killers.  Outdoor stores
have the stuff in weapon-of-mass-bug-destruction quantities and
strengths. It looks to me like Sawyer brand crops up the most. Try
Googling "Sawyer Permethrin", and pick the source most convenient to
you.
