[MR] Precedence

As a side note - the Clerk of Precedence is the one who originally started
this thread. She does not make the rules, and in fact serves as a deputy
under Triton Herald. Baroness Alyna is correct in that the original post was
to help incoming Baronage know what they should be doing, but also to spark
discussion amongst our fellow Atlantians. From discussion comes education,
and I am fairly sure that we're all learning a great deal from this
discussion.

The discussion has been fairly civil and educational so far, and I am
grateful for that. Duke Logan went to the trouble of researching how other
kingdoms handle this sort of situation and came up with a lot of
interkingdom anthropology. The Protocol Herald gave a very concise and
specific answer to the question.

Please continue with the polite discussions. It's been quite educational and
has helped me to answer the questions that have been posed to me.
