New rules, new rules-

1. 5-7 person teams, extra points earned by being in matching livery. 
2. Team led by a landed Baron leading a Barony, one point, Baroness 2 points

3. Points can be earned by banners, pennants, cheering sections in matching regalia, etc, etc.

4. Herald in matching regalia earns a point, and if they entertain the queen and princess, extra point. Any comic routines that make the Princess or Queen outright laugh earns points

5. Herald must have a container to collect gems that are awarded. Most gems at the end of the tourney wins.

6. Peers cannot use matching weapons forms.

7. Returning teams may add their gems to their kitty this year as long as they are used in the regalia of a animal on display. (Live or dead, real or mythical.) Up to ten points, judge like a A&S display. This is a direct challenge to all those A&S types to have a impact on the outcome of a heavy weapons tourney. Wowowo!
