[MR] update: Coronation Cabin and feast space

 I have just been told that there are no more Cabin spaces left and only about 30 feast spots left, so get your Feast reservations in Fast!  There is still Camping area available

I just wanted to add that the Champions tourney will be a bear pit points format with Knights allowed to fight in the Tourney although they are not competing for Champion, also the Knights will be worth more points if they are defeated.

Spring Coronation
April 9-11, 2010

In Celebration of the Coronation of Jason and Gerhild, The Stronghold of Raven's Cove invites one and all to a day of pageantry, fighting, and a Feast of Giants at beautiful Camp Mitchell, overlooking the waters of Queen's Creek. 

The pageantry will start with the Coronation of our new King and Queen and continue through out the day, culminating with a bardic on the water that will contain a few surprises.  

The Fighting includes an Unbelted Tourney to choose His Majesties Champion. For the Rapier fighters the Provosts of Atlantia will stand the field and meet all Challenges. There will also be Target Archery and Thrown weapons ranges. 

There will be a Silent Auction with the proceeds going to the Kingdom Travel Fund.

And YES, feast will be a Feast of Giants! Head Cooks: Master Robear de Bardoulf with Duke Valhric and Lord Egill.

Herrin Emeludt Hänsler will be running Children's Activities from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. - It will be a great opportunity for the children of our wonderful Kingdom to make friends and have fun!  If you have any questions, Herrin Eme may be reached at youth at atlantia.sca.org 
Additionally - PAGES ACADEMY CLASSES ARE BEING OFFERED!  The Queen's Royal Bard, Lady Rosanella Vespucci, will be teaching BARDIC FOR BEGINNERS.  Lady Rose will have a variety of instruments for the children to try out and will also be teaching some simple period songs.  If the children want to and Their Majesties concur, they will have an opportunity to present what they have learned in Court!  There will be two classes offered:  Ages 5 - 11 from 11:00 to 12:00, and Ages 12 and up from 3:30 - 4:30.  If you have questions, Lady Rose can be reached at queensbard at atlantia.sca.org

There will be a Tempore Atlantia  and the time period will be 1492-1600

Directions: All points take Hwy 24 east to Swansboro, NC and turn onto South Hammocks Beach Rd, go thru the stop sign, this turns into 4H Camp Rd, continue straight into the Camp.
