Greetings,

I am looking for aboriginal chocolate processing tools, like the ones  
in this video (the beginning, stone table-like metate, and the rolling  
pin):  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yLLmZyQCmk0  They are still used  
in some parts of Latin America for grinding corn, but I haven't had  
much look with a google search.

Having taken a workshop on making chocolate from the bean up, more or  
less, I'd like to be able to grind my own by hand if I can find the  
equipment (and if it won't cost me several appendages).
