Like the Aegean stables, it appears our site for Tir-y-Don's Baronial Birthday has been flooded. Our attempts at a backup site for Saturday have also fallen through.
However, all is not lost. We will be getting together this Sunday, the 14th of March for Tourney, Fellowship and Feasting. We will still hold tournaments in a bear pit style for all who are willing to participate. The artisans of the barony also plan to show off and compare their arts in display. We will then share in a delicious feast prepared by Lady Brianna Morgan of the Valley.
Activities will begin at 11 am with feast planned for 3 pm.
We will use the tourneys to choose our new Baronial Champions for Armored Combat and Rapier, and will chose our Baronial Artisan from the displays. Due to not being able to have archery, the archery champion will be chosen at a date to be determined later.
If you plan to join us for the feast, we would ask for donations of $8 to help offset the cost. If you have already pre-registered, there is no donation required.
We will meet at the Boys and Girls Club of Newport News, our normal site for Fighter's Practice.
Directions can be found here: http://tirydon.atlantia.sca.org/Activities/

Per our Baronial Financial Policy, if you would like a refund for the event please contact the reservationist within five (5) days.
