[MR] Colonial Parkway to Jamestown

Some idiot in a boat whanged into a piling on the Powhatan Creek
Bridge, last year. NPS has been trying to scrounge fix-up budget since
then. And I was looking forward to finally getting to legally use the
Parkway with a musket in my car.
