While things are still fairly fresh in what passes for my mind let me
try to thank a few of the many people who stepped up for me to make sure
our Baronial was a success. In no particular order I would like to
deeply thank:

Milicent, her lord Donal and her crew; the feast they slaved to make was
incredible. Just the memory of the mushroom pasty alone makes my mouth
water.

Lady Victoria went above and beyond as site coordinator and a source of
great advice. She kept things under control in areas when both myself
and my co-autocrat were needed elsewhere.

Lady Janna was instrumental in preparations and a special thanks to Lady
Gwenyfar for taking over as head troll when Lady Janna had a family
emergency.

Kirk Dragomani not only set up the fighting field and kept the rowdy
rapier fighters under control on the field but made the wonderful
woodwork prizes for A&S and the youth archery prize.

Felipe saved my rear more times than I can count, as reservationist,
administrator of the event web site and someone I could kvetch with over
reservation numbers.

Kumpania Painted Wheel stepped in with so many things: flag/schedule
making, site prep, entertaining during the day, cleaning in the kitchen
after feast, then helping clean the hall Sunday.

Countess Kari made the way smooth for their Majesties; a task I would
not have done half so well.

Sir Sinclair brought and set up his smaller (still huge) pavilion for
the Royals and their Excellencies to use; acted as Marshal in charge and
then took the pavilion away; where did he get the energy? Maybe it was
the girl scout cookies.

Axum made sure my lady and I had good food for lunch, coordinated the
feast setup for me, and pitched in where-ever needed.

Lucian stepped up to corral stray feasters when it was desperately needed.

Brianna for running a very impressive A&S.

Finally, Delia; my lady designed the flag/schedules, acted as
co-autocrat, coordinated the decorations of the hall, made the
beautifully tooled leather armguard and water bottle holder for the
archery and armored prizes. Without her hard work propping me up,
nothing would have gone as planned.

I am humbled by all these and the many others I am too exhausted to
think of; thank you all

Elphin
