Thank you for that.  Wonderful pictures.

And did anyone else notice just how bare the tables are when there are  
pictures of meals?  Nothing like what we usually see at SCA feasts,  
where people put a ton of stuff on the table to the point where  
there's hardly room for what comes from the kitchen *G*  I wish I  
could get my computer to enlarge them, to see the details of the food  
that is portrayed better.  At least one of the dishes looked like a  
modern huge turkey, which I know it is not!  Could it be swan?
